Scouting Event, Seoul

The event

Every December, many capable players in Korea become free agents: professionals released by their clubs, and university and high school players who finish without a contract. Very few are ever seen abroad, so in January 2027 we bring the clubs to Seoul instead.

Dates and venue

• Early to mid January 2027, confirmed with the participating clubs

• A regular stadium near Seoul, to be confirmed

What we cover

• Economy flights, direct where available

• 4 to 5 star hotel, including extra nights flights require

• All meals and ground transport

• Interpretation on all three days

• Travel insurance for club attendees

• One attendee per club, a second on request

The players

• Aged 18 to 35, every position, all free agents with no transfer fee

• Profiles sent 14 days before: position, height, weight, preferred foot, English level

• Tell us which positions interest you most. We aim for a balanced player pool across all positions

After the event

• Clubs speak with players directly, and any terms are agreed between club and player

• With the player’s consent, we pass on their contact details

• If a club invites a player to visit, we can help with interpretation at the player’s request. We do not take part in any discussion of terms

Practical details

• Entry to Korea: we prepare invitation letters and paperwork where required

• Registration and visas: each club confirms these with its own league or federation

• Cancellation: free before a deadline set once dates are fixed, then actual non-refundable costs only, with receipts

How to take part

1. Tell us who would attend, your January availability and the positions that interest you most

2. Confirm with a short Letter of Intent, which does not oblige the club to sign anyone

3. We sign a participation agreement, arrange your flights, accommodation, and ground transport, and send you player profiles 14 days before the event

The club pays nothing and is not asked to sign anyone. Email contact@yoonsportsgroup.com to take part.
